How to Use
- Enter a name for your task in the 'Task Name' field.
- Click 'Start Session' to begin the timer.
- Click 'Pause' if you need a break, and 'Resume' to continue.
- If you get distracted, click the 'Log an interruption' button (+) to keep track.
- Click 'End Session' when you are finished. The session will be saved to your history.
- Your sessions are saved in your browser. You can export them as a CSV or print a report.
Glossary
- Focused Time
- The total time spent actively working on a task, excluding any time the timer was paused.
- Paused Time
- The total time the timer was in a 'paused' state during a session.
- Interruptions
- A manual count of how many times you were distracted or interrupted during a focus session.
- Wake Lock
- A browser feature this timer attempts to use to prevent your screen from turning off automatically while a session is active.
